Home with a view - Ask about the view.

The most common options include a privacy wall, a hedge, lake view, the yards of other rental units, a retention wall with another home overlooking, a wooded conservation area or a dry-retention area.  Some provide privacy, some provide a view, and some provide both, but either way, don't let yourself be surprised.
