Lanai - Ask if the vacation home includes a lanai. 
Florida is a great place to enjoy outdoor living, but swarming mosquitoes & gnats can eat you up.  A lanai is a screened-enclosed patio or yard that allows you to enjoy the warmth of Florida & outdoor living without having to host 5000 of your smallest friends.  Once again, know what you are getting.
