QUICK TIP #4 - What color are the walls in the kitchen?
Ask the person you talking to if they know the color of the kitchen walls.  If they don't know, they aren't familiar enought with the homes they are managing.  If they do know and the answer is 'white', the home probably hasn't been painted since the builder painted it 'construction white' which may mean the level of finish is minimal.
