Many vacation homeowners charge a premium price for special weeks throughout the year, increasing rates as much as two to three times the normal rate, quickly become out-of–reach for many families. 

 

At Romancing the Mouse, there are only three or four weeks each year that we designate as ‘Holiday weeks’.  Rates for these weeks include a slight premium and they are rented ONLY as complete weeks per the following dates:

          Thanksgiving week          November 19^th 2011 thru November 26^th 2011

          *Christmas week (1)       *December 17^th 2011 thru December 24^th 2011

          *Christmas week (2)       *December 24^th 2011 thru December 31^st 2011

          *New Year’s week          *December 31^st 2011 thru January 7^th 2012

Of course, you can arrive a day or two ‘late’ or depart a day or two ‘early, and you can add individual days before or after these weeks at 'non-holiday' rates, but these specific weeks are offered ONLY at a weekly rate per our ‘HOLIDAY WEEK PRICING (below):
